Freestanding Baths are becoming increasingly popular in todays bathroom design, whether it be modern or traditional there is a free-standing bath to complement your bathroom.

In many peoples mind the thought of Free-standing bath conjures the image of an old fashioned Victorian Style Cast Iron Bath, although the traditional roll-top bath is very popular there are many modern alternatives to this classic design.

Freestanding Baths are can be made from Cast Iron, Acrylic, Steel, Stone, Aluminum, Stone Resin and even Copper, though the most popular materials are Cast Iron and Acrylic. These Baths can usually be supplied with a choice of Traditional Ball & Claw feet, Minimalist Designer Feet, or even a Metal or Wooden Cradle. There are numerous shapes and styles available – oval, square and slipper to name a few

An Acrylic Bath is much lighter and usually slightly cheaper than a Cast Iron baths which means it’s the perfect alternative without compromising on style.

Baths can be supplied with tap holes, but if you prefer something a little different why not have a Free-standing Bath Mixer or Wall Mounted Taps for the ultimate designer look

Can my floor support the weight of a Cast Iron Free Standing Bath or a Stone Free-Standing Bath?

Consider where the pipe work will be located, especially if the Bath if to be sat in the center of the room (Consult a plumber)
